It has been awhile, my AVON career has blossomed and I am re-thinking the directions that I need to go in, in order to grow. I did make Advanced Unit Leader by Christmas and my new goal is Executive Unit Leader by Christmas 2009. I have the focus to do that.
As part of my new strategy, I have to get this blogging in hand, and I want to use the blog as a way of helping people - customers to make choices and to get savings and helping others begin a career that will take them on the same path to realising their dreams as mine is.

So, to begin my plans for 2009, I'm going to start a newsletter, and I'll be putting in beauty tips and hints, and I'll also highlight "specials" that are on my website and offer freebies and such.
